SHIPMENT, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Dear SO۰WHAT GIRL, we know that long-distance shopping sometimes brings surprises, fast delivery and an easy return is essential to achieve full satisfaction of your online shopping, so we give you fast free shipment on all orders and the right to withdraw from the contract without any problems and free of charge in accordance with the provisions below.

 

SHIPPING 

We make sure you can enjoy your so.what items as quickly as possible. Most packages arrive the very next day after placing the order. We dispatch orders on working days as soon as the money is credited to our account. Please note that in case of direct bank account payment, the time of receipt of the parcel is extended by the time of the transfer, and in case of installment payment - by the time of preparation and signing of the installment contract. Our parcels are delivered by courier companies. In Warsaw area a parcel can be delivered by our employee or you can pick up your order in so.what showroom in Warsaw, Wilcza 18/12 street. 

Shipments usually arrive up to 2 working days after placing and paying for your order. If you would like your order delivered even faster, please email us at office@sowhat.one or or call us on +48 606 323 300. We will see what we can do.

If you chose to collect your order via Paczkomaty InPost, your package will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice within a few (usually up to 5) working days from the moment of dispatch.

 

RETURNS

In a nutshell, the return is as follows: If you are a consumer - as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. When you definitely know that the selected product does not meet your expectations, notify us of your desire to withdraw from the contract.  You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract, for example, by e-mail sent to: office@sowhat.one. We will send you back a prepaid courier label to stick on your package and instructions on how to proceed. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The course of the fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins on a day when the shipment was delivered to you. Pack the parcel and send the returned goods immediately to the address: 10 Macieja Rataja St., 02-842 Warsaw, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdraw from the contract. Upon receiving the parcel, we will check that the items have not been worn and that they are not damaged, and then we will refund you the equivalent of the returned products by the same method you used to pay for your order. Returns will be processed in up to 5 working days. So do not be afraid, order and try on at home.

 

COMPLAINTS


If you are a Consumer, in case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about them based on the warranty. The best way to file a complaint is by email: office@sowhat.one or by mail to Macieja Rataja 10 Street, 02-844 Warsaw .

In connection with a defect you may demand: replacement of the item with a defect-free one, removal of the defect,
or make a statement about: price reduction, withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect. We are liable to you for defects found before the expiration of one two years from the date of issue of the item. As a rule, you can file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiration of the seller's liability period. We will consider your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
